www.summernationals.com should be the correct url... but it seems to be down atm

The New England Summer Nationals Car Show is July 2nd - 5th this year in Worchester, MA.

It's supposed to be pretty amazing from the forums and other sites that I've seen mention of it. All sorts of competitions, all sorts of cars. I believe this is the 19th year they've done it.

I'm gonna be calling them up and seeing about getting tickets at the earlier pre-reg price because the site was down for so long. If you want tickets there's a number on the website for registration, I'll tell you if I have any luck. Can still get tickets, but the price has gone up as its after June first.

Contests include: Drag racing (on Main St), stunt bikes, flamethrower, best in show, burn out, miss summer national, and other stuff.

So the story with the NESN show... the host for the website more or less disappeared, that's why it was down. Because of this the registration deadline has been pushed back.

If you want to go, register before June 15th for the $25 admission for the whole event. If you wait past that it's $45.

Day of admission is $12 it looks like.

This show is huge (from the promo dvd it makes HIN look small).

Next year we should plan a day trip for the club out there. One day admission is CHEAP. The place where we parked closed at 7pm, but we were there for 7hrs and left before that was an issue, and there are shuttle busses from the parking lot to the show constantly.
